I the applicant, do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators and/or assigns, do waive release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I may have or which here-in-after occur as a result of my participation in the tournament or which may arise out of my travel to, participation in, or return from such endeavor. I also hold harmless womensbjjcamp.com and Gracie Humaita St. Louis , and affiliates and each of their agents, employees, and representatives from any liability in case of my injury or death at this event. I understand that serious injuries may result from my participation in this competition and my signature attests to my knowledge and assumption of all risks. I hereby give Gracie Humaita St. Louis and Womens Bjj Camp  and their agents the right and permission to use my image or likeness, with or without my name, for promotional purposes. I hereby waive my right to approve any use of my image or likeness in any form. I have read and understand the rules and stipulations herein displayed, and by signing or clicking on any registration material from this point forward I am signaling that I accept and understand that I have been advised to contact legal counsel if I do not understand the nature and legal effects of this full and final release.
